Leave chocolate alone, via the Mail on Sunday, reports on what strikes me as a bad idea:
British scientists have developed a new melt-proof recipe for the desirable cocoa treat, ideal to withstand an Aussie summer.

The heat-tolerant chocolate, developed by Cadbury engineers at a plant near Birmingham, remains solid even when exposed to temperatures in excess of 40C for more than three hours, reports British newspaper The Mail on Sunday.
Last time I checked, my mouth was 36.8°C. I see a problem.
