Christopher Monckton channels the Black Knight

The Potty Peer, Viscount Christopher Monckton, has a column at the Wing Nut World Net Daily, a conservative website. In addition to his usual climate change denial and claims that Obama wasn't really born in Hawaii, Monckton is now claiming that the Republican loss in the last election was deliberate:

The longer Mr. Obama holds office, the more certain and visible will be the resulting national bankruptcy. And if he is allowed to serve out his second four-year sentence, nobody but the left will get the blame. For this reason, some Republicans did not want to win this election, which is why – for the second time in a row – they carefully chose the one candidate unquestionably incapable of beating him.
