Seeing inside a pinpoint of light

Every now and again I jump onto Heavens Above, get the transit times and then slip outside to watch the International Space Station pass overhead. Just a pinpoint of light , it's hard to imagine what it's like inside.

Sunita Williams has been the commander of Expedition 33, and just before returning on 19 November she and a colleague shot a tour of the ISS. It's a fascinating tour, and well worth the 25 minute viewing time. Early in the video there's a brief discussion about exercising to maintain bone density, an idea with which I was already familiar, but it first struck me as a bit odd that they do weightlifting in space. The weightlifting machine appears a little later in the video.

A fluffernutter is apparently a peanut butter and marshmallow creme sandwich popular in some parts of the US.
