White-browed crake

While I'm not a true birdwatcher, and I don't maintain a list of those I've seen, it's still a little bit of a thrill to pick out a species I don't think I've seen before. I suspect that this white-browed crake (Porzana cinerea) at Cattana Wetlands is the first I've seen. They're apparently a fairly common species, but rather secretive and not often spotted amongst the reeds.
